Sebastian Maseri is a New York based, Miami born, multi disciplinary artist. Focusing on the intricacies of the observer within the urban landscape, Maseri’s work juxtaposes the imaginary with perception. His work ranges between drawing, video, and sculpture. “Fragments from the City” presents a series of oil pastel drawings that take from memories, rubbings, and photos collected from New York, Miami, and Mexico City.
